Josema Investments is a hands-on, family-operated maize mill located in Kamdini, Oyam Northern Uganda. Josema Investments is owned and run by the Oloro family, who are engaged in maize farming. It is from this farming background that our enthusiasm for milling was born some 7 years ago. We are driven to consistently meet our customer requirements, on product quality and food safety, by ensuring quality in our processes that reflect our value for quality in what we do. We had planned to just add value to maize initially, but it soon became clear that demand for quality, locally milled maize products exist, and so we have started a natural and progressive evolution of a milling business. We are small but with a vision of growing much bigger.
